New Millennium Building Systems

Collaboration remains key to project success

There are many ways to successfully work together virtually

Man on laptop. Icons of virtual people communicating virtually.

Take it from us, long-distance relationships can work. Business interactions went interactive in early 2020 as the Covid-19 pandemic put face-to-face communications on hold. Like companies across the world, New Millennium embraced this new reality of virtual collaboration. We’re still building a better steel experience, we’re just doing it a little bit differently. Now it’s all about interface-to-interface communication.

From live remote training and online education to virtual trade shows and interactive design tools, we are focused on building collaborative relationships with our customers. While we may be physically apart, we can successfully work together.

These new ways of doing business won’t go away even when the pandemic does. We’ll continue to offer these virtual collaboration and steel building systems resources and tools so we can continue to build success together.

Virtual NASCC show April 12-16, 2021

In-person industry trade shows have been a cornerstone of the structural steel industry for decades—with the NASCC: The Steel Conference among the most prominent. In 2021, New Millennium will again participate in the virtual trade show with an interactive booth and live remote presentations showcasing our steel joists, joist girders, steel deck, and long-span composite floor and roof systems.

We know the key to a successful building project requires building relationships, trust and a spirit of collaboration with our peers.

Live presentations

Two of our education specialists will take center stage during the show, leading presentations on long-span composite systems in multi-family and hospitality and steel joists and deck in a challenging gymnasium project.

11:35 a.m. CDT Monday, April 12, 2021

Structural Game Changer: Engineering a large-scale steel joist challenge.

A case study in creative engineering, this gymnasium project tipped off with large-scale steel joist and deck challenges.
